RESEARCH: I do research on computational finance and applications of machine learning and data mining technologies to finance and marketing.
At the moment, I am working on automated trading algorithms, market forecast, and customers data integration (CDI). I also work on problems of corporate governance, financial risk management, and economic integration.
PROFESSIONAL: I am affiliated to the Center for Computational Learning Systems at Columbia University, and do applied research in a major financial service company in NY.
TEACHING: I am an instructor at Columbia University. I have also been a finance professor at Tulane University and in major Latin American business schools.
